Tbh I was expecting this really big, almost Sion/Malphite-like champion who was super big and looks like a ballin tank or something especially with the way the teasers and even his voice made him out to be. Then they reveal his gameplay and he's this tiny like stick figure that looks like you could snap him. Teemo probably couldn't even turn him into a blowpipe. Honestly, what happened Riot? You showed us this deep-voiced, hulking tree figure that had to friggin turn his knees up at an 85 degree angle and was still taller than this bulking hunter in the woods. Why does he look like a tiny little twig??

Eh. Not every champion is gonna fit what you want to see. If I was going to complain about a champion who's visuals disappointed me or I found uninteresting I'd be making posts about disliking every new champion since...jeez I don't even know. I'm really picky with my champions.

Probably to not be maoki 2.0 His extreamly tall tho, which is something we dont have much in league (sheer length, not bulkiness like sion)

Ivern's intended purpose is to to be the antithesis to all the cliche junglers and to standout from any other nature themed champs. If you missed that intention then its no one else problem but your own. Complaining about it isn't the right use of this Board's purpose either.

Personally I had an issue with the latest Star Wars movie. I created an expectation for myself that the movie would be brand new with only visual nostalgia. After seeing it I was extremely disappointing with the end result. This is because Force Awakens was basically A New Hope 2.0 and in this day an age of cookie cutter movies I started to add SW to a long list of needless reboots. But Star Wars- The Member Berries had it's intended direction and if I had a problem with that then I kept it to myself (until now) and got over it.

I quite like him I feel like this is a second shot at Plant King, kinda like Nami was a second shot at Hydrosoul And that makes me very happy.

Because a massive tree champion already exists in the game? That would be unimaginative. If you want a huge tree tank champion, allow me to direct you to Maokai.
