Basically, Safari Caitlyn should have long hair! Her splash art is very clear about her long brown hair, and not to mention this is a 975 skin, but looks currently like a 520 if we're going to be honest, adding the hair, which in my opinion should be similar to candy cane mf's length. This isn't a huge deal, but I am bothered that the splash art is highly inaccurate. I'm sure a lot of you feel the same!

That's the same reason why they wouldn't change the skin without Cait getting a full visual rework. If you're still not catching on, that's because it's only out for a few weeks of the year and not worth the resources to change the aesthetic of the skin.

All I was saying is that it IS in the shop. And regardless, it IS a 975 skin, which means should have some respectable quality. If you're not catching on, the skin has NO new animations, NO new particles, and NO new sounds, thus it doesn't even fit the 975 category (which you can read up on yourself, you seem like a smart person, and yes, it says SOMETIMES). A simple price reduction would change a lot, but instead it's a legacy skin, and that's the only thing adding on to it's price as far as I'm concerned, the skin needs a visual rework, not Caitlyn. Her other skins are very very nice, including her classic, but this skin does not meet any standards other than the outfit, which is under the 750 RP tier, IN. MY. OPINION.

ModAttysu The Poro3 votesSkins like Safari Caitlyn are in the vault because it is not up to par with current skins on sale. Usually, they come out of the vault for specific events or just to have them out for a sale or two, but they're never held to the same scrutiny the newer skins are.
For example, if I had to buy lets say, Dragon Trainer Tristana, or Magnificent TF, I'd instabuy Dragon Trainer. TBH a lot of the older skins are more for "ooh it's not sold often, let me buy this" more than "this skin looks super cool!"
