Sorry if this is the wrong board but I want your help.. For those who watched the video "Ignite", could you guide me on how to learn to do stuff like this video?
I know if may seem hard to learn but I'm sure I can put my time and efforts in it.

Terozu4 votesIgnite is just standard 2D animation, which can technically be done with any art program, you can tell by the poor frame rate.(though that might be a stylistic choice)
You just have to draw each frame individually then put them together. As for it's unique appearance, that's just the art style.
You can often use layers and copy and paste as well, and it looks like certain sequences use a parallax effect which I believe is just a normal feature of most animation programs?
Avalanched1 votesI like how the frame rate and its sync with music, I thought they drew the objects on a certain app and created the motion on another app. But thanks, now i know something is called parallex
Terozu2 votesOh Parallax refers to when you layer two images, a foreground and a background, then slide them along at different speeds to give an impression of depth. It's most noticeable when Ori is grabbing the guy with her ult. The way the woods moving how they do is called Parallax.
