Strongest champion lore wise?

So i was thinking which champion could be strongest in league, so i made a list S tier- Now i think about few champions as i would put as unknown tier that might be even stronger than them, You might disagree. ??? Tier- - In reality we don't know who or what he is. He might not even exist, he might be hallucination from get go, now look at his spells, he can make out of nowhere clones, boxes that give you fear effect, i mean what kind of powerful creature let's say as Xerath could be frighten by a simple box? He is defienietly not a human and might be one of the most fearsome league champions. Another example is that he Befriended or at least allied with Nocturne and Fiddlesticks. So it's safe to put him at least high tier in league. Oh and also he got into league by himself with unknown intentions and wasn't forced to do it. - We don't know much about him other than being the first undead (probably) He can control souls and might be strongest Shadow Isles champion. I've got theory that Thresh is under control of Mordekaiser and with power of all these souls that Thresh gained he can somehow remove his curse and gain his full power. Another possibility is that he will take control of his lantern and free all souls to just control them like his own army. - I put her here because she is really unknown. - I'm thinking if he has unlimited potential, he absorbs blood of the others, but does it make him stronger? - Cosmic corruption, if he would be serious champion and could go all out he might be stronger than Bard. If You think there is someone that i forgot write it because i want to know.
