Bard needs better skins. Suggestions I think the following would be cool:
Leprechaun and his journey is a rainbow with clouds on each end.
Dark star - not sure about his skin, but the journey could be a black hole or a purple, glittery, starry galaxy!
Level 7 mastery skins for all champions.
Level 7 mastery skins sound nice, but would be a massive waste of resources on the part of Riot.
Over 130 skins, none of which would turn a single dime in revenue, since they would be unlocked for free through gameplay.
The resources going to those skins could easily be put towards getting visual updates out faster, putting out the next ultimate skin, or working on the visuals of the next champion.
Hell, in the time it would take for Riot to make 130 more new skins, they could probably make the visuals for an entire new game.
Bard may not have many skins but the two he has are some of the best in the game. Compared to champions like Urgot, Swain, Cass, or Tahm, with some of the most boring (and least) skins in the game, Bard is fairly low on the skin priorities list. Hell, Illaoi was released over six months ago and still hasn't gotten a second skin.
