Just wondering who wrote the 
login music. please help me find out who this person or people are. That would be awesome if I can get a hand on that sheet music to play at my school.

I wrote Taric's music :)
While I'd love to help you play this piece at your school, we currently don't have a streamlined way of releasing sheet music to our players - but rest assured we are working on it!
We will be making an announcement on the boards when that is ready.
