Adding haloes on the champions during the champ pick.

-Hi Summoners Today i want to speak with you for haloes on the champions when you have already won S or S- or during S+ and you are and you already have a box with the given champion.

when preparing to play for (S) with a champion i I do not remember all those already won S with any champs... I made a sample plan how could it seem this new idea
