I suggest try convey your skin idea better and why Riot should take interest.
Well, if you actually make an ice armored battle devil Rhaast and a Flame Assassin it could work really well, mostly in order for the base colors (red&blue) not to repeat
The would probably avoid the hair thing because of Todoroki, and because Rhaast has no hair, so he shouldn't be able to infest Kayn's hair at all, but they could always make exceptions, like with the alternative skin, that doesn't have the same corruption that the base has pre transformation

I dont know if his whole theme is really made for Ice... maybe?
Overall Kayn could work with a lot of duality-themed skin ideas.
I like the idea of Kayn being the Fire one and Rhaast being the Ice one. It's a good swap from the Shadow Assassin/Darkin color schemes.
