They are all decepticons.
Though, I think Kha is one of the Autobots. Or an anti-hero Decepticon.
He is a trainsforming robot created by Yordles, not an alien from Cybertron.
Sion actually opposes all other mecha skins,so he would be the sole decepticon,while the rest would be the auto-bots.
