gnar's new lore update

When I read through gnar's, as a gnar main, I thought to myself that the ancient and wise beasts he went to live with might Be Poros , or at least some relative/ancestor to them. Might be to fantasied but I'd like to hear player and official reposes. I know they are supposed to be the yetis in nunu's story, but i guess overall are they related to poros?

"To Gnar they looked like overgrown, white furred Yordles.." The entire bio is litered with Gnar's perception of these "big white Yordles", which is a good way to describe Yetis don't ya agree.
