PROJECT Skin line question: Who built them?
Which faction or individuals designed the Project skin line? How exactly do they fit into the lore of LoL? We know the Battlecast are from an alternate dimension where the Glorious Evolution won, and the Mecha are Yordle war-machines, but what about PROJECT? It is unlikely that it is a 
, 
, or 
, as they already have the Mecha skin line. And 
of course has the battlecast. So who could it be?
My guess is 
for two reason:
1: He is the only one of the great inventor to not have his own skin line. The Yordles worked together on the Mecha, and Viktor has the Battlecast. But even though Jayce is every bit as brilliant as the others, he hasn't launched a line of skins.
2: Jayce cares far more about appearance than the other inventors. Heim is obsessed with innovation, Viktor is all about raw capabilities, Ziggs just wants things to go boom, but Jayce puts on a show. He doesn't just want to be a hero, he wants to look like a hero. It is believable that if he were to design a cybernetic soldier, he would make it look better than the others, simply because that is very important to him.

EDIT: So they released more information about PROJECT Yi, including his VO. He certainly does not sound like something Jayce would build..... This just raises more questions.
