Trade Skins

Dear Riot I was wondering if you coud add a in game trade mode so that people can trade their skin if they get a skin that they already have of course you need to do some balance for eg: Legendary with legendary , Ultimate with Ultimate and so on ,.but you could also add a feature that if someone wants to trade a normal skin with a legendary or epic they can use their IP or blue essence since you guys are changing that . I think that it's a good idea now I leave it in to your judgement and the people who play . @riot
