It's the Chinese art. As Riot said in the past, they're going to update ALL of the splash arts, and in the meantime, this is the one that will be used for Irelia.
Still better than her original splash art. Goddamn that was atrocious. If it's between those 2 splash arts I'll take this every day forever just so I never need to see the old one ever again.
her taunt(?) is her skateboarding on her blades so... lol but the background fits more to karma.

I feel like Irelia as a champion is just really weird to draw. Like all of her splash arts are really poor except for OotL Irelia which is a very new design in itself.
