Complicated models and particles is not an excuse to neglect Zyra for 3 whole years.
MYMU is not an excuse to hold her off getting skins.
Get on it Riot, 
etc needs a fucking new skin already.

Because a forced theme is just as bad as a bad skin. I'd rather wait for a Theme that matches perfectly, than get a subpar one because they wanted to prioritize a Champion, over which Theme fits said person.
I honestly never got their argument with zyra being more difficult to make skins for because of her plants.
has 8 skins, and she has 2 models for each one.
has 10 skins, and she has her model and tibbers for each one.
Why is a plant model more difficult to make than a bear or cat form?
Yorick just got remade, and while he should be easier than before, it still takes time. Also model issues seems like a perfectly valid excuse.
Also keep in mind if they release a cheap skin, people will say that they're being lazy, and any expensive skin takes longer to design.

Yorick was completely reworked last year so they don't care about a new skin yet.

i dunno how picking who gets new skins is any harder than determining who the big single rework goes to every few months. some big reworks, sion, poppy, taric, warwick, ez, couldve figured that out in my sleep.
we can wait for an urgot skin, 5 years later, with his rework, but what about shen and yorick. yorick has 3 skins from over 5 and a half years ago, how did he actually not get a skin for his rework. no wonder people still dont play him
viktors been meta for nearly 2 years, how do they not have something released ever since. hes exciting and would rake in the cash since people actually play him
it looks like riot prefer to just target the highest playrate champs over the niche ones
Here are the excuses you have been asking for: Zyra has 7 models Cass has her tail, which forces her into a really narrow visual niche. Basically all her skins boil down to different snakes (desperado) or mythical snakeladies (sirens, medusa, Jade) Viktor also has only cyborg skins, because his appearence is very specific (mechanical arm, mask, scepter) Yorick has gotten reworked which means that all of his skins had to be redone as well Illaoi has her tentacles (I have yet to see a fanmade skin idea, that knows what to do with the tentacles)
Also forcing a champion into a skin, just for filling a quota sounds terrible: I mean what where the last skins: Bloodmoon - Heartseeker - Warring Kingdom - DnD - Worldbreaker Personally I think none of those champions fit into any of these skinlines well enough to warrant a skin.
