So, today when i was playing i had a BIG and SERIOUS question mark on my head: which champions are virgins and who are not? I mean, that would be interesting to define it with personal theories and things. Please be serious, and don't write unneccessary comments. (I'm waiting for you lore experts)

I'm with you man, being irrationally averse to sexual topics is honestly way weirder than wanting to know tbh. That could just be because of my lifestyle and beliefs so when it skeeves people I try to be understanding.
It honestly is interesting in a League context when you think deeper than on a binary "ok this champion is a parent/is canonically in a sexual or romantic relationship so yes" and "this champ is underage/ has a socially debilitating mentally illness/ happens to be an actual fucking tree so no" rudimentary level
For example, if Soraka was willing to descend from the Celestial plane to join the mortals and take a mortal form and she exhibits a desire to understand mortals and be close to us, why wouldn't she be curious in knowing why sex is such an important part of our cultural. As a star person with no biological urges (just assuming here) would she connect more with sex on a carnal level or appreciate it as a bonding experience? If love, at least, culturally is one of mankinds' most heavily idealized concepts since the dawn of time and she comes from a Realm where these concepts are given form why wouldn't she be interested in it?
If Soraka had to be an Aspect and Riot was designing her today she probably could be the Aspect of Love. It merits some thought.
From a World-building perspective these questions fall under the same umbrella as "what do they eat?" which is such a core part of the process of building worlds. Getting the basic day to day mundanity down is so important because I don't care about who would win in a fight or which champion did this epic feat until I can relate to them on a human level.

This is a very good way of putting it. There are many other interesting subjects with League lore of course, but I don't think that invalidates this subject's importance. For humans, its very natural to be curious about sex and sexuality, and honestly exploring fictional characters' sexuality is a safe way of doing this. Its only natural that fictional humans have these thoughts and feelings as well. Its what makes humans and their relationships so messy (and interesting in a fictional capacity). Makes the wild world of Runeterra more believable when Xayah and Rakan talk about that one time at the Aphae waterfall.

But she was corrupted - her suit is a symbiotically attached to her. I think they really missed the mark with her overall look - she should definitely look more alien.
GreenLore2 votesThe suit is attached to her, but contact with a voidborn doesn't automatically corrupt you. If you'd pet Kog'maw you wouldn't start to mutate and your mind wouldn't start to deteriorate.
So her not being corrupted does make sense to a certain degree.
That being said I agree that they missed the mark with her design. She is supposed to look like a survivor and like an outcast, whose mere appearance frightens people, but her design doesn't convey these aspects of her character at all. Even if the suit wouldn't cause the typical void corruption, it would still make sense for it to fuse with her flesh in ways that look alien and unsettling, instead of looking like a bodysuit that shows a lot of cleavage.

- Presumably haven't done the thing yet cuz their relationship's seemingly fairly new, though there's the potential that they did do the thing with others in the past, though given how Ashe's bio is written I find that not so likely for Ashe

In the story Where Icathia Once Stood Jax mentions to a young man that is traveling with him to a battle that if they win this war the girl he was eyeing will be awaiting him. Given that Jax is a seasoned veteran in this story we can assume he has been in this same situation before. Also given that Jax is extremely old by the time of the moderne era in league lore we can assume that he is most likely not a virgin

Be it thinks like the concept of magic and death, economic and rewritten history. Hell, even if you wanna talk about the concept of sexuality and relationship you could do it in a more interesting way like does Runeterras society also has some weird hyperfixation about sex like our world does? How are people which are still without any relationship are viewed in the society?
Instead you ask which champion canonily fucked someone. Which is like the "how is the strongest champ/who wins a battle between x and y" question - you can ask that kind of question, but it is incredible flawed by design. We have little view of canon relationship and sexualities for the champions, so there is no good answer to begin with. (Regarding the powerlevel question - there are more factors than just raw power to begin with, so the question also is really not worth asking to begin with).
Also, it is a fucking needlessly question to begin with. Do you go in real life and ask people if they fucked someone? Which is actually an intim question which the answer you don't need to begin with. If you don't ask that kind of question in real life, why would you do it in lore?

AbiwonKenabi4 votesI think a better way to ask to question would be "which Champions are promiscuous, which have only been in romantic relationships and which are inexperienced?" Because I do think there is value in pondering something like this; relationships are key to understanding characters and that includes romantic and sexual relationships, too. Someone like Taliyah who is young and probably inexperienced might be taken in by someone quite easily. And then, someone like Darius--who we know was in a likely sexual relationship (I'm assuming that girl was his daughter)--was still willing to kill his former lover, despite probably being in love with her at some point, possibly still, which can speak volumes about his character. The relationship between GP and Illaoi added a lot of tension and realism to their stories: it provided insight into what kind of people Illaoi admires and what she is willing to do despite this, let us see who Gangplank WAS and how he has gone downhill, made it much more emotional for GP to be tested, and more.
So, I don't think the subject is inherently bad. If the humans of Runeterra are similar enough to us irl humans, then their sexual and romantic encounters can shape them a lot, just as their platonic ones can.
Honestly, I think the interesting part of this discussion is that its odd that League has so few confirmed intimate relationships. Obviously, for many the subject just doesn't come up, but the fact that we have to suss it out like this is a little odd consider the majority of the cast is made of human adults. Pretty much only Champions with kids (very few) and GP/Illaoi are for sure, imo. I suppose married/engaged champs could be likely too, but those are few as well. There's 144 Champions and I would say about ~12 Champions that are confirmed in likely sexual relationships is kinda low.
Here's my own tentative personal list of "most likely confirmed to be in intimate relationship at some point" where I got the 12 count, for those interested:
