Are there any of those epic forum stories left on this board?
In the past, there have been some really awesome stories done on the forum (The Dunk Squad, Misadventure of Veigar and Lulu, etc.). Are those still possible, and are there any left?

You mean fan created stories? Those are still possible,though they technically belong to "concepts&creations" subboard,so you might wanna search there(however lots of people also write them here).
