Well, if we're going by the SKT skin alone - then this Jhin doesn't even have a face. His laughing taunt doesn't reveal anything underneath his mask, aside a flashing and temporary SKT logo.

If anything, I'd say that SKT Jhin isn't supposed to be human, but a sort 'fallen angel' entity, with the wings, white skin and lack of a face sort of 'confirming' this.
