Petition to not go through with Shen Visual update on Warlord Shen

I get the idea of visually updating a champion, and usually this is for the better. It can happen that a basic skin becomes so cool that it is better (in your opinion) than some of the skins you've bought, but that only hurts you a little (if you look at it from the positive side, now you have 2 cool looks to play with).

However, it hurts when they update a skin as well in such a rigorous fashion that it changes the skin, and not for the better. In my opinion, Warlord Shen used to be the coolest skin on Shen, I've had it for years, and although I haven't played Shen a whole lot lately, I still love the skin (like it is now, mind you). The new version of it however is, to be honest, quite ugly. It's got a colour scheme that is quite a bit off (Green with purple is already kind of risky, at red-purple to it for the flag and gold for some details and it just turns into a mess colour wise.).

I get that you don't refund skins on visual updates and although this is already sort of a tacky stance, usually that is fine with the reasoning provided (that most players just use it to get rid of skins they no longer use). If you update a skin however in such a fashion that it is just a different skin, that reasoning no longer suffices. You buy a skin because it looks good, then it gets overhauled into a completely new look, not just an update on some details / general quality, which makes it a new skin (which you might not like).

I don't even really want a refund, I mostly just want you to keep Warlord Shen as it is. It's an awesome skin! It doesn't even need an update, and if you must give it one, just use the new model (the helmet looks kind of improved, if you don't look at the colour changes) but the old colours (which are way better).

TLDR; Like if you think current Warlord Shen looks way better than the intended visual overhaul; enough likes, maybe Riot will reconsider and keep (at least the colours) of the old skin.

Otherwise I just have to hope to become such a good ninja I don't see the skin anymore .
