I started playing 
again after months of not playing him and I noticed that Riot hasn't updated his ability icons yet or his in game visuals. They have all stayed the same since his first release from what I have seen (I've been playing since the visual update of the rift). I've only seen videos of the old summoners rift but again has had the same visual effects. So I have to ask, will be getting any updates to his visual effects anytime time soon?
I suppose very late, he still has a diverse enough kit and a rather decent model compared to other offenders ( Nunu, Mordekaiser, Fiddlesticks ) that also need a graphic update, or others that are way worse graphically ( Morgana, Veigar etc ).
It could be that they will have time/scope to do a pass on him, but only if they are sure that his kit is good enough and i don't think it will be very soon.
I wouldn't expect him to get a visual update before 2020. There are just so many more champs that need a VGU more than him.
His abilities at least new names and icons considering he is no longer a living runestone. It doesn't make sense in-game anymore.
Also when is he going to get his Migatte no Gokui/Ultra Instinct skin
