I think they need as many as it takes to get the problem fixed... so... yeah as many as possible.

It's going to take until the hot/recent sections are completely filled for Riot to actually listen and make the changes people want. The major complaint was and still is about the face. Once they change that, the boards can return to normal balance raging topics.

I'm unsure why everyone is fine with whatever the hell her spine is doing. "Smear frames" are an animation thing, not as usable for still art, and "dynamic posing" doesn't require making her look broken.

There's been a few times where a giant threadnaught is going on and everyone is criticizing something, one guy comes in and says he likes what riot did (which is fine), and then a rioter replies in the thread in a manner that seems completely oblivious to the criticism.
