Who is the author of the login screen arts? Can I find his name or site with his creations, I want to learn to draw in the same artstyle that he did use. Thank you in advance.

The Elementalist Lux one? The illustration itself was done by Riot Artist Su-Ke.

However, I'm not sure who's the Motion Graphics guy/gal who animated it. :P

One of the main Graphics Motion Designer (aka Login animator) is Anthony 'PastaBomb' Possobon.

In terms of the specific art of the login screens, you can find some of the artists referenced on the wiki, just scroll down on the linked page I posted here and you will find 50 or so artist for various artistic sectors for the game (concept art, splash art, promo art)

Hi Tesla! I'm a motion graphics/login animator for champion+champup teams.

Anthony is definitely the OG login screen animator man, but he has been up to other things for a while. Tim Weiser and Adam Oliviera are the ones who animated Elementalist Lux's login screen :)

Awesome, I figured there was a change there since I havent seen much new things from Anthony on his youtube and other art pages, but I only knew him from the references and not anyone knew so thank you for the info.

If I may ask, what other login animations Tim Weiser and Adam Oliviera have done in the rescent past?

No problem :) Those guys have been working with the whole Personalization team to bring you the skins login screens this whole year; So they worked on screens like Project Ashe, Ahri, Star Gaurdians, etc, among other things.
