Tittle said it all, It would make my life so much easier :(

English is not my frist Languege, also I'm learning a certain other Language, but I spent too much time on League >.< So I think if you have other Language option choice, I could Learn while playing.

oddly enough some people enjoy playing with champions having a different language then there own. (i am fine with them talking English)

I'm not sure if you're actually learning english or you just want an easy way to access japanese voices. Anyway, I believe their is a way to do it through the game files, but it wouldn't be easy.
