Themes/Announcers

I have talked to a lot of my fellow summoners and we all want the ability to change the theme to arcade. It would be a toggle ability, available in the options menu in game (or maybe out of game as well) just like the option for colorblind mode. This might allow Riot to integrate more themes in the future seamlessly.

Also, although I do not prefer it, a lot of people like Gangplank as the announcer. It would be cool if summoners could choose which announcer they had. Another toggle ability and maybe an opportunity to have even more announcers in the future. Both of these would be a fun clean way for every player to customize their game in their own way without actually affecting game play.
