He is a legendary skin, the leader of the Super Galaxy Skin series.
Stop ignoring him and give him an icon rather than just giving him unwanted nerfs since he already falls off late game and can easily be counter build.

That was my first legendary skin ever. I got it from a hextech shard and I hadn't ever played Rumble but I thought the skin was soooo cooool and it had come up when I started league too I believe.
Now I love Rumble and it's easily one of my favorite skins. In turn it also made me want more legendary skins.
At the very least he can use an icon, but I want to see art and comics and stuff too!

Look. He needs an icon and some attention and all, but the nerfs were very much wanted. Nobody likes fighting him when he's strong or weak, and he was definitely on the strong side.
And weren't the boards just whining about the sheer number of icons...?
