Death Sworn Talon skin idea

Rito could you please create a dark demon-like talon skin that looks similar to Death sworn Viktor? Or a Talon skin that's all black and hooded. He doesn't have many good skins atm and I keep wanting him to get a better epic/legendary. Please look into this Q_Q
