I think RIOT should make that you can buy refunds for like: 1 refund=100ip or 10rp.

This would be very nice because some of summoners buy champion and dont know how to play with it, or buy skin for like 1820rp and the skin is not nice, then they cant buy another. Some summoners is like lvl 25 and spend theyres refunds. PLS RIOT MAKE MY DREAM COME TRUE.

That is way too cheap, people would start refunding everything, lol. Imho we should get 1 refund per season, that would be fine for me.

If refunded were buyable, it would cost WAAY more than 100 ip or 10rp, 100ip is like winning the first win of the day and then you can return a $25 skin (3250rp). If ANYTHING, refunds should cost like, at least 10000ip.

that is like free refunds its like getting all the money that you gave back
