In the yasuo lore it doesn't really say riven kill the elder.So maybe theres a new champion that can shape shift into anyone and maybe he turned into riven and killed the elder. I would love if they made a champion like this that can shapshift into anyone.

Riven is only susptected by us fans because she is pretty much the only one with a wind cutting technique(and she was in ionia at that time),so there is no reason why the culprit would need to be a shapeshifter,it would be simply enough for him/her to have a wind technique as well.
Anyway,I am pretty sure that they'll release another possible culprit in the future,just to give us more to think about.
