What I don't really like about Kai'sa's visual design

After seeing the enormous amount of complaints about Kai'sa not looking monstrous enough I got sick of it. So what better way to get some more variety on the boards then to make a thread about a different aspect of her design.

In short, I feel like she looks a lot more like something from a science-fiction universe than a fantasy one. It's probably the "jetpack" that shoots a barage of missles. So judging by the splash art her first skinn fits her better than her default one. Finaly she looks like Kerrigan from StarCraft made a Baby with Pharah from Overwatch.

What do you think?

I think it was a good solution to bring exactly that scifi feeling into a fantasy game like LoL.

The only other option they would have to create a champion from Piltover or Zaun, but it could still have felt misplaced.

Making that suit a living void creature was a good solution for that. And that she is shooting energy bolts is not strange, since that is already established by alot of void creatures. Velkoz RekSai Kassadin

The bionic theme really makes a difference for me here, it still gives sci-fi vibes, but I also got reminded of the series Tokyo Ghoul, in which some have a feather type kagune. These are still completely bionic creatures, but they are highly mobile and use ranged barrage attacks, just like Kai'Sa.
