Question to planned skins

So I wanted to know if riot plans any upcoming skins for Champions like Kled, Vel´koz, Ivern etc. Cause it seems like those are just getting ignored while miss fortune gets her 11th skin and all the others updated. Also can you update older skins like Galactic nasus that just look terrible rightnow in comparison to newer skins?

Right now the champions that need a new skin the most are these Ezreal Ahri Rakan Xayah Lux Kayn but they will eventually get to the rest aswell. Ezreal specific really needs an Academy skin and Ahri needs Pool Party.
