It doesn't mean it's not happening, some future skins don't appear there.

I can't wait for Darkstar Urgot though.

Actually, there might be Urgot. He's iffy. I am not sure whether he was packed into a .wad file because he got chromas or because he is getting a skin soon. Note that Talon and GP, who got chromas with him, are not yet in this format. So I think it's possible to look forward to an Urgot skin!

Not really leaks, more like stuff found in the files that has been strongly correlated with future skin releases. ;)
