I'm wondering if Riot will reopen their Legacy skins and icons Vault? I'm seeing this awesome skins and icons but are unavailable now have they ever thought of doing this?

i guess that for now u gotta get those skin loot boxes and pray for the best xD it would be awesome tho, some nidalee skins are great
