The best Ahri fanart I ever seen but it is far from Riot style, so it would look pretty awkward in loading screen, like how chinese arts do. (But at least it is not beyond trash like chinese ones)
There is a folder that's part of the league files containing all the splash arts, all you have to do is make this picture the right dimensions and swap it out for the current one to have this splash art appear for you in the client.
