Technological Hypothesis

I'm really excited for the new Project skins that are coming out and they got me thinking. What if, all of the skins that are technological (Hextech, PROJECT, etc) were all connected in some sort of timeline? Here's my hypothesis on it. Perhaps some sort of cataclysm happened, were magic became a rare resource and developing technology that can make the most out of a tiny amount was developed. That way some champions like Hextech Annie could still use her fire based attacks and Hextech Janna can still be a wind sorceress. At the same time, some other champions have died and were being developed into robotic creatures, like Full metal Rammus. Jayce and Heimerdinger lead the developments of these new technologies but Viktor had some other plans. This was his moment, a time to make his glorious evolution. He went off to not only augment his body further (Creator Viktor) but also make the BattleCast series based off of the remains of the Void Creatures. Viktor, wanting to prove his technological inventions are much greater than Jayce, sent out a few prototypes like BattleCast Urgot. The Hextech and Full Metal creations were out matched, so Jayce made himself into a cyborg like Viktor (Full Metal Jayce) and invented new technologies, the Steel Legion (Garen and Lux) to fight off the BattleCast. Viktor, realising that Jayce perfected Human augmentations, decided to go a step forward. He created the Scorched Earth prototypes, Renekton and Xerath. Xerath was a success and would soon be developed into a new series of BattleCast while Renekton failed and was put to rest. With the new BattleCast creations, Heimerdinger decided to step up his game and go far a beyond. He created the Mecha series, with Sion being too destructive being a failed experiment of both the Hextech and Mecha series. Mecha Malphite, Kha'Zix and Aatrox become superb adversaries with a full on war going on between Mecha and BattleCast. Mean while Sion, upgraded himself using a Adaptation chip similar to one that Kha'Zix and Aatrox had (Aatrox's ult becoming stronger with more enemies could be a form of adaption) so he could meet the demands of the new enviroment. He became part of a new series of Mecha's, Mecha Zero, and would decide the fate of the battle.

If he were to cause inner conflict with the Mecha's thus allowing an apocalypse to happen; Headhunter would be developed as reversed engineered remains of the conflict. If Mecha Zero Sion helped the Mecha's and improve their technology; Program would be developed as the next technological step.

So I will first be elaborating on the apocalypse.

BattleCast gains the upper hand due to the Mecha inner conflict and it results in a total wipe out. Smart minds like Caitlyn, Rengar, Nidalee and Master Yi would develop Headhunter reversed engineered technology. With Caitlyn and Master Yi focusing on reverse engineering and improving on Viktor's creations while Rengar would look into biological experimentation. Nidalee's abilities become a mixture of both, allowing her to transform into human and cougar form at will and be able to use the new javelins and traps. They would be secret society of scientists and warriors trying to perfect a reanimation and cyborg technology. Master Yi died on a mission which made this technology more urgent to develop.

Thus creating PROJECT. > Master Yi lost some memories of the Headhunter timeline and only remembers when he used to be a warrior in Ionia. Which explains why he remembers fighting some mysterious dark figure in the PROJECT trailer as a sort of amalgamation of his memory of when he died in the Headhunter timeline and a memory of when he did fight someone in his long forgotten past. Zed originally killed Master Yi and managed to uncover some of the secrets of PROJECT and made himself into an advanced cyborg. Master Yi, Fiora, Yasuo, Lucian, Leona and perhaps Ashe and Ekko were part of the original series. While Katarina and Zed were of a result of stolen technology. It would explain why unlike the other PROJECTS, Zed had a different headpiece and was attacking the group. Eventually, some minor skirmishes happened amongst the different PROJECTS until aliens invaded earth. Galatic series (Nasus, Renekton and Azir) attacked first and the PROJECTS putting aside their differences fought back. Eventually they were able to defeat the Galatic. Archlight came next and they had to develop a new technology to fight back. Super Galaxy came to fight against them, with Rumble as their leader and Shyvanna, Kindred and Fizz as part of the group. Perhaps Shyvanna, Kindred and Fizz weren't heroic or lost the ability to fight so the Arcade series was produced as a simulation. It was to teach them the difference between right and wrong with the heroes Miss Fortune, Hecarim, Sona and Riven and the Villains Veigar and Blitzcrank. After the simulation, they fought back against the Archlight.

A new treat loomed over however, the final Archlight (Vel'Koz) was made based on the remains of Battle Cast (Vel'Koz). Also the Dark Star threatened Earth. The Super Galaxy armed with new tech took the fight to the stars, with a little help from AstroNautilus and Astronaut Teemo as Reconnaissance. That will conclude if the Mechas fought amongst one another.

If the Mechas stayed together and defeated the BattleCast, the next logical step would be Programs. Using NanoTechnology, the Evolution chip became more advanced and was applied to all Mecha's making them more adaptable, making the Programs Lissandra and Soraka the masterminds behind the Mecha's and making a sort of Program-Mecha hybrid. This was necessary because aliens invaded, however unlike the other timeline, only the Archlight would dare invade seeing as how the Galatic were mostly aliens in suits and incapable of standing against the Program-Mechas. They're extreme adaptability ensured human and program survival even up against the Dark Star and final Archlight.

So leave below anything I may have missed or overlooked. I will also be adding a poll were YOU decide the faith of the BattleCast versus Mecha war. Thanks for reading. :D

Well, the "Futuristic" skins do happen in the same "timeline", since we can see BC Velkoz in the splash art of PRO Katarina and Mecha Sion has taunts towards the Project and the BC champs.

Now, about an hypothetical war... I think that the Battlecast have the advantage... because Mecha Sion is AGAINST the Mechas (The PRO skins have the same problem with Zed)
