Will Miss Fortune's in game model ever be updated?

The in game model looks really bad. Her hair is a blotch of red and with the road warrior skin going in the legacy vault, I'd like to know if she will ever be updated to look more like her arcade skin. She looks homeless in game with that skin, so it'd be nice to see her receive some love.

She'll get an update. We have a few assets hanging around but recently didn't really have the ability to scope her in properly. Now with slightly more model related work, things like Renekton and Maokai, we might be able to prioritize her a bit more easily. I'd say "sooner than later" but I'm not sure specifically "sooner" will be. That being said, some of the work has already been done. She needs to be slotted and put into the pipeline proper at some point.

Hi IronStylus, as a religious Miss Fortune fan, I actually adore the character beyond just the game itself, I'd like to give you my two cents as far as the current model for Miss Fortune.

  1. among other outdated champions [I would even argue that some of the newer champions have this issue], her model doesn't conform to the style, and overall color scheme we see in the updated SR.
  2. This is a bit of a grey area, but her splash art does no justice to the current in game model. I can't really speak to the order of this claim -- is it that her splash art does no justice to the in game model, or that her in game model does no justice to the splash art? That said, I repeat, it's a bit of a grey area, in that those who have been playing League of Legends since before her model was updated, as far as I'm aware, had issues with both the anatomy and the fact that the splash art failed to correspond to her in game model. As many are well aware, the LoL's playerbase has dramatically increased since then, so many of us are well accustomed to her current splash art, as are many of the current Riot artists, or so it seems. There is a huge discrepancy in MF's demeanor from her first splash art-- that furrowed brow, and the way she [almost psychotically] licks her lips -- to her current one. Furthermore, there is less of a discrepancy between her current splash art, and her most recent splash art, Arcade Miss Fortune. So it follows that this is the appearance and artistic theme that you guys have been aiming to maintain for our beloved [Pirate] Huntress.

And honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a bounty hunter. She has a history of tragedy. She's akin to a f*cking queen among manly, bearded pirates!!! And she has all of this insane beauty to boot. Please, give her the justice she deserves.

Way back when, I posted a thread that a fellow [summoner] upvoted every day. There is an Deviant artist, who goes by the name HazardousArts, who created an excellent model for Miss Fortune. I think it would be well worth your time to check him out.

Here's an inspirational image.

For the love of Pete, just don't change her splash art. It's one of my favorite pieces!
