Project Skin Lore/Theory

First of all , sorry for my bad English ( being an asian and all ) , but today I really want to share with you guys my thought ( its only my own personal opinion and theory so don't be so hard on me ). While surfing the net after listening to Ignite( not a bad song in my opinion ) I stumble back into the old video PROJECT: Alpha Strike ( cuz youtube ) and It kept me thinking

First , we all know that Project took place in a distant / alternative universe of runeterra , a place that technology of making a human into cyborg is real . Some conflict had happened and in order to bring back order , the project "Project" (lol) initiated.

So what is Project ? as far as we know , Project is a plan a capture the champion in the league and cyborgized , wipe their memory (PROJECT: OVERDRIVE) and turn them into their pawn . The champions we have seen to be cyborgized Zed , Yi ,Ashe ,Leona ,Ekko ,Lucian ,Katarina and Fiora

But for some reason , something go wrong and some of the Project failed , leading that some Project still have their memory and go against them ( idk who them is so i gonna assume them is some crazy scientists like Viktor) , the first one who woke up and went rogue first is probably Ashe and Ekko .

After that they went on and recruited other Project to join their cause against them ( again , don't tf know who they are ) . Katarina and Zed recruitment didn't went well . But Ashe succeed in recruited Yi ,Leona , Lucian .

And o , I didn't forget about Yasuo . Yasuo is involve in the Project in some way , but as stated , i consider the Project is where champions get cyborgzied. Yasuo did not get cyborgzied . He is a ( somewhat ) normal human wearing a exo skeleton ( you're that ninja samurai ) and did not when full half human half machine like others.

How am I sure of that ?If you make Yasuo dancing ( playing with his plute ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ) or taunting in game you can see his face is a normal human while others Project have a face with some weird stripe right Raiden in MSGR .

"but what about Lucian ? he had a normal arm and hide his face so you can't say that he is a full cyborg " If you look at the PROJECT: Alpha Strike description you can see the following : Initializing… … ….. ……. Threat Level//Analyze…. … ……..FOUND PROJECT: Yi // 199.7873097 PROJECT: Lucian // 14.4839 PROJECT: Leona // 3.291000000 PROJECT: Fiora // 22.093844 PROJECT: Yasuo // NOT FOUND PROJECT: Zed // 509.9384909999999 … ….. ……. Analysis//Complete All of the Project have a weird string of number behind their name after being Analyzed except Yasuo ( Ashe , Ekko and Katarina have weird stripe on their mouth like mentioning before ) .This number might be the data of the machine in the Projects body , and Yasuo one is NOT FOUND . So we can say that he is not a machine .

So the Project is a bunch of cyborg champions ( including Yasuo ) works their way to take back their humanity ? or something else ? your suggestion. Also one thing worth mentioning that in Project Ashe interactions toward other Project that if they on the enemy team , Ashe kept encourage them to join back to her cause except Yasuo . If he is on the enemy team , she considers him as a traitor and tells that "They Warned Me Not To Trust You" ( Well but Zed too but Ashe considers him a mindless machine , Not a traitor like Yasuo ) So Does Yasuo really a traitor , or it is something else that in the story that rito is hiding us ?
