In Ashe's case specifically, I think it's more a fact of that being the WoW female night elf dance...

I ahris case(and popstar arhis too) its because Ahri is based on the korean myth of the gumiho,so they gave her a k-pop dance as a reference to that. Syndra pretty much seems to have one just because they liked it(and well syndra is still an ionian champ,so in real life she would be most likely asian) Star guardian luxs dance is also asian,because she is based on the whole magical-girl-genre of animes.

Its also not like only girls get asian dances since both and got asian dances too(ok ezreals is from an anime,but I guess he still counts)
