Is there a place where I can read like the description of the world and the Canon lore?

Your best chance is the LOLwiki or ThorRush's Lore Archive on the archived Lore Discussion boards, but due to all the recent retcons and Lore changes, most of us don't even know what's canon anymore until things settle down.
