Is it about time to give Kha'zix a new skin?

Kha'zix is not just my main champ, but also my most loved one. His special lore and his isolated personality simply attracts me. This champ has provided me varied feelings as I play him --- and I believe the same is to many other summoners. Now, besides the original splash art, Kha'zix has only two other skins: Mecha and Guardian of the Sands. I reckon that the purpose of skins is naturally an increase of the gaming conditions, such as a better feeling when playing the champ, or simply attracts the player to the champ even more. I think it's undeniable that Kha'zix has a lot of potentials on having more skins. A champ so special and unique, I believe that more skins can only provide him more popularity; since such is the ultimate purpose of having skins. In addition, I think that although Riot has been trying to make Kha'zix stronger, like the buffered w and e abilities in the recent patches, it is obvious that Kha'zix's popularity has been taken away from the new champs. Of course, I'm not saying that it is a BAD thing, I'm simply saying that it would be very nice if Kha can obtain more attention; or at least create the fear like he did in S2. In short, I believe that Kha'zix deserves a new skin, maybe a last skin; I understand my selfishness of saying such requests, but I do believe that there is a lot of summoners like me having the same wishes. So please, Riot, before giving champs that already have 4+ skins new looks, why not look over those that can be more worthy?
