There is nothing that suggests that Sonas etwahl can save her life,so Sona would likely be dead.

I can't understand what you're trying to say

The thing is, Sona's etwhal can heal people, but it doesn't provide the life essence that Ahri needs/wants. Sona's instrument can heal physical wounds, but Ahri needs to claim someone's life in order to become more human.

So to answer your question: No. Sona's etwahl could not save Ahri. Neither would it save Sona if Ahri decided to take Sona's life essence.

Ahri's own life doesn't depend on her draining life from humans. She acquires power and humanity from draining the life force of humans. Actually, I believe that she's acquired enough humanity to where she now feels guilty about killing humans and has stopped draining their life force.

"Draining life energy" is just a thinly-veiled euphemism for a blowjob anyway so...

korean actually

still not fully folklore since those ate human liver (ahri and liver is an old joke btw)

honestly i don't mind her being a succubus as long as she doesn't kill people :3 chinese and iirc japanese foxes weren't really murderers

her old lore was disgusting and the new is kind of poor and not very pleasant too

You sure it isn't Japanese? I mean... there was a fox Pokémon with nine tails wasn't there? And I think Tails from Sonic is inspired by the same thing (thankfully he is NOT a mancubus though... or is he? Dun dun duuuun!).
