Did Yasuo meet Taliyah way before he was released into League of Legends?

In the story of Taliyah and Yasuo that before Yasuo was released in League of Legends that he met Taliyah a long time ago. Since it said Taliyah gave a long piece of clothing to Yasuo to tie his hair. Before ,in the starting of the story, it said the man had long wild hair. I`m just thinking if RIOT was planning for Taliyah for a long time and setting Yasuo up for her and if he really met Taliyah before he was released into League of Legends.

They probably took certain aspects of him and gave them reason via story, like how he wears his hair. Normally you wouldnt care why he wore it like that, but when you read it you're like "huh, so thats why it is how it is". Its just something to give the readers some detail and insight.

You are overthinking it.

It's like saying, when they released Xerath in 2011, they already had Azir planned, while in fact there wasn't even a concept art for him until like 2013.

If this is the case, then that puts the Noxus invasion of Ionia slightly after Cassiopeia's betrayal of Sivir and Azir's rise to power, since Taliyah escaped the Noxians and the merchants implied that Azir had already revived his capital city.

It's likely that he used to wear his hair like that in the past already. When he was released there was a picture of an appearantly younger yasuo and he had a similar hairstyle already https://i.ytimg.com/vi/enyjQ2jZd8U/maxresdefault.jpg (the original version was grey,was too lazy to search for it)

So it is possible for Yasuo to represent her from before and after her,with him wearing his hair loose in between.

I want a Yasuo skin based on this story!!!!!!! Hair all rugged and in some other outfit that would more suit him wandering through the snowy mountains! I think the possibilities here are just amazing~~
