Thinking about how strong a lot of the champion are and how much training they must go through to maintain their strength.
Do you think they have a training facility in the league, in there own lands, or oh natural?
(Also if I could get a general consensus on where the facility would be and an established year, it would help me out big time with a t-shirt design I'm working on for a cosplay. Thanks!)
They train on co-op vs ai
First of all: The league does not exist, is not canon, riot deleted it from the lore.
Second: I guess that Teemo trains with the scouts of bandle, Tristana with the comandoes of Bandle, Darius Sion Urgot at the military of Noxus, Garen Shyvana Jarvan at the army of Demacia (And Jarvan hunts monsters), other champions train at the jungles or the mountains (Like Rengar), Wu Kong at ionia with Yi, ETC

I don't know about when, but the where would depend on who your talking to, as well as post/pre retcon.
The Kinkou and Order of shadows would most likely train in Ionia.
Ezreal probably wouldn't train
People like Cait or MF would simply be doing their jobs as training, keeping things up while getting baddies.
And I assume the IoW would have had placed to train for the neutrals who wanted to.
