I think that the Skt T1 Zed skin should be updated with at least particles. or just the skin in general Thank You.

If im not mistaken isnt the championship winner skins 750 RP. Those as far as i know doesnt get particles because of their price point.
Most skins before SSW won their tournament are generally lackluster at a price of 750 RP. So nothing can be done with those.
