Whats going to happen to the summoners if they're getting rid of the Institute of War? Are they gonna stick around or are we getting rid of them? Also if we're getting rid of summoners, do you think Riot would change the name of summoners rift?
Summoners and the Institute of War never existed in the new canon but Riot have no plans to change the name of Summoners Rift or stop referring to players as Summoners.
Summoners don,t exist anymore.
Summoners are now basically part of an alternate universe that doesn't affect the main universe anymore. In the main canon there have never been any summoners and there was never an institute of war. Summoners rift may or may not be a real location in the main canon,but if it is,then it was named after something else.
They have, faded in to Darkness....rather not dead like the Nobodies from Kingdom Hearts....lel They don't exist anymore.
