Why does Bloodmoon Talon not have a Hood?

Can a Rioter comment on the decision to give Twisted Fate a hood instead of Talon? Talon's hood is such a distinctive part of his image and yet this feature gets replaced with just a mask which doesn't seem to hit the mark. I actually mistook Twisted Fate for Talon in the initial trailer before him on the corner and many on the TalonMains subreddit felt the same. I realize it's early and you guys do take feedback into consideration so I beg of you to think of Talon's image and what he's missing is a hood.
