Star Guardian Background

So I found a program called dreamscene that let's users have animated desktop backgrounds and I had seen a few league ones based on the login screens. I saw the star guardian's falling like on the homepage and thought it would be cool, but I can only save it as swf. I was wondering if any of you folks would know how to convert it to .wmv or possibly .mp4 so that I might be able to use it for this purpose. It would be much appreciated.
