The whistler village twitch skin in game has no representation of the art associated with the picture. I understand its only a 520 RP skin but riot at least should make them look decent. The red robes and fancy spinning pimp hat is no where to be found; merely some pink nosed rat who looks slightly different from the default twitch. What a COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT and if this was a LUCIAN or TRISTANA skin we would not be having this problem.

It's an old skin and Riot has said they have no intentions on updating them. Once he gets new splashes in the future it will better represent what is in the skin anyway since the Chinese art is used as a filler while they slowly go through all the champions that have had VU/VGUs in the past few years.
I really just want it to show more of Germany's colors rather than just the stripes on the tail and I think a patch on the jacket.
its the art from the chinese version of the game its old and they won't waste time redoing art of legacy skin. that would be a waste of time
