According to a leak they are working on one,not sure if the leak gave a specific timelimit,though it would likely be this year.
They said a few months ago that they are (as of a few months ago) working on a new Ultimate skin.
A leaks guy on Reddit who has a previously been mostly accurate about his info mentioned that an Ultimate skin (at least temporarily) named "Elementalist Lux" is in the works. However, considering that an unofficial source is still unofficial after all, even if it has been accurate so far, so the Elementalist Lux thing might very well be false.
