Swains taunt to ASHE, AVAROSA ALIVE!?!?

So Swain taunts ashe saying ,, she claimed it was the frost queens grave... they believed her" Wasnt Avarosa the frost queen? So if the grave where ashe found her bow wasnt avarosas grave, is she alive? Lissandra talked about having dealt with avarosa, but is she truly dead?.. OR the other theory is that by the frost queen swain meant Lissandra! So if Lissandra disguised as someone else showed the freljordians her grave and they believed her... Now the freljord thinks that the ice witch is dead? Even tho lissandra plots new plans in the citadale.. Does swain know about Lissandra?
