Warlord Shen In Upcoming Rework

This is mostly a question regarding his visuals for any Rioter who can/is willing to answer. I think the new Shen model is amazing, but I wanted to know if Shen will retain the quicker and more precise strikes when he is Warlord Shen. Anyone who owns it would tell you that the difference is quite noticeable, and it's the main reason I bought the skin and I wanted to know if the new Warlord Shen will retain that special aspect. Other than that, I'm really excited for everything in the Shen update.

I assume it won't, since skins aren't supposed to give you an in-game benefit.

Personally I'm not a big fan of the new face plate/mask. I guess I just preferred how the old one kept the same features as his normal skins (mouth covered, eyes visible).

Considering that Warlord's was one of Shen's latest skins prior to his rework, it makes sense that his animations back then would feel much more crisp considering the quality that was put into the skin. I'd imagine that now that all the skins are using the same base model now, Warlord would feel just like the other skins now.

While I am very fond of the original Warlord skin and do understand the purpose of the new mask, I kind of wish it still looked like the original. The flag looks like a huge towel now instead of the graceful flag that swayed behind him on the old model. It stands out a bit too much now imo.

He has a different attack animation than the other skins (he holds the sword blade-up).

You can see it on the videos of the skin, but it will not be until the release when you will be able to get the feel of it.

He looks like he's a cosplayer in the new model for that if you ask me :O
