I really need to know what skins actually retired and will never come back! Because I need to know if Red Riding Annie is returning to the store, the last Annie skin I need... Annieone?

Legacy skins means they will come back, usually during their holiday season! The only skins that never come back are labeled as Limited Edition. They stop doing those (aside from the rewards given from Rank)

As for the Annie skin in question, its hard to say when theyll re-release it. They did do something to celebrate Black Friday last year in which they released the Legacy skins for a week or two. We wont know until we get closer to Black Friday.

Also note that since it is a Legacy skins it can be gotten from the Mystery Gifting. So you could try your luck with that!

red riding annie is a legacy skin,so it will eventually return.

Though we can't say when this will happen.
